Conditions of Use - For Purchased Sounds

We could, and probably should, use a bunch of legalize for our protection.

We are not, as yet, going to do that and, instead, keep it simple (just between us).

You may:

1. Use any sound you purchase from us for any purpose not specifically aimed at reselling that sound or inhibiting our future sales of that sound
   
   Examples:

   • The sound can be used in websites but not as a specifically downloadable item
   • The sound can be used in any application where that applications purpose is NOT to make the sound specifically available to others
   • The sound can be used in public performance where it is part of a larger performance and not the purpose of that performance
     
     For instance: We are building and extensive collection of toilet flush effects. Using all of those sounds in a performance specifically about toilet flush sounds would not honor the intent of our conditions of use.

In short you agree to NOT:

• Resell any sound purchased from us
• Engage in any activity the would hinder our future sales of that sound by making it otherwise directly available
